  After the death of her son by his own hand, Iris Angle's life mission became suicide education and prevention. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, she is the author of “Tell Your Story Walking, One Mother's Legacy and Walk to Yesterday."
  
  Come hear her story, and find out about the suicide support group she has founded in Southern Pines, which offers a message of hope and healing

  RNC Committeewoman representing NC
  There's a lot happening at the Republican National Committee (RNC), with exciting new leadership (Michael Whatley and Lara Trump), new initiatives and renewed energy. Come hear Kyshia provide her insights into the changes and what they mean for the 2024 election.

May Collection: Items needed by homeless veterans

​

This month our focus will be on homeless veterans who live in our area. In conjunction with Military Missions In Action, we'll pack bags to include the following items, which we encourage you to bring:
 

New socks, soap, wipes, disposable razors, shaving cream, deodorant, toothbrush and toothpaste, combs and brushes, small packets of Kleenex, and personal hygiene items.
