Donations only - not for luncheon payments

Many times, MRW members and Associates who understand the valuable work we do offer to make extra donations to support our Club. Here’s what you need to know about our financials:

We charge a minimum for members' annual dues - just enough to cover the basic expenses of running the Club.
We make no profit from our luncheons; members and guests pay Pinehurst LLC directly for the actual meal cost.
We support many projects, community events, and qualified Constitutional Conservative candidates in local, state and national elections.

So, if you feel inclined to make an extra donation to MRW, we would certainly put it to good use! We promise to spend every penny of your donations frugally and wisely, as if all Club funds were coming out of our own accounts.

Please include a printed copy of your completed form in order to make record- keeping and correlation easier for our volunteers.

Legal note:

Since Moore Republican Women is affiliated with the National Federation of Republican Women and the Republican Party, we are subject to all statutes and Board of Elections regulations applicable to political organizations. Therefore, we must collect and report to the NC Board of Elections all donations that we receive. Please recognize the following requirements and restrictions:

All donations to MRW must be from individual donors and their personal funds. MRW cannot accept donations from any business, corporation or third-party entity.
All donations to MRW must be in the form of a personal check, payable to Moore Republican Women. Credit card donations must be made only either through PayPal or in person at a monthly meeting or other MRW event.
MRW must report all donations received to the NC Board of Elections along with certain identifying information specified and required by the NC BOE. Please see the donation form.
Donations to Moore Republican Women are not tax deductible. Please consult a tax attorney or tax specialist for specific tax advice.
