You may now pay for lunch online! Just complete and submit the RSVP form, then click through to the online payment option (red button at bottom of this page). No credit cards will be accepted at the door.

If you are paying at the door and are paying for more than yourself,  you MUST pay by check, as the amount will be more than $50, the limit set for cash payments, per North Carolina's election laws.

Reminder: You will no longer receive a personalized confirmation of your reservation from our Luncheon Chair.

 

Whether you pay by check, cash or credit card, please check in at the registration desk when you arrive at the event.

​Deadlines and cancellations​​​​​​

The cancellation deadline for this event is Tuesday, April 28 at Noon.

 

MRW must have an accurate RSVP count for our luncheons. That's why we have a deadline for reservations and a strict cancellation policy (MRW has to pay for reservations which are "no-shows"). There are no observer or speaker-only places at our luncheons.

If you miss the deadline, call Mary Bernel at (919) 656-6507 to determine whether we can accommodate you.

If you miss the luncheon, you will be charged $39 for the cost of the lunch to reimburse our Club. Please send your check to: MRW, PO Box 3654, Pinehurst, NC 28374.
