Deadline for reservations: January 22 at Noon

Important note: Because we expect a big turnout for Mr. Whatley and have limited room, Members' RSVPs will be accepted first, then Associates'. Guests and visitors will be put on a waiting list and accepted (in order of RSVPs submitted) if there is room. So please look for your confirmation email and don't assume that you/your guests are registered until you receive acknowledgement of such from the Luncheon Chair.

​Deadlines and cancellations​​​​​​

MRW must have an accurate RSVP count for our luncheons. That's why we have a deadline for reservations and a strict cancellation policy (MRW has to pay for reservations which are "no-shows"). There are no observer or speaker-only places at our luncheons.

If you miss the deadline, call Lisa Sheridan, our Luncheon Chair, at (910) 400-5520 to determine whether we can accommodate you.

If you miss the luncheon, you will be charged $39 for the cost of the lunch to reimburse our Club. Please send your check to: MRW, PO Box 3654, Pinehurst, NC 28374.
