​Deadlines and cancellations​​​​

Deadline for luncheon: Tuesday, November 11 at noon

MRW must have an accurate RSVP count for our luncheons. That's why we have a deadline for reservations and a strict cancellation policy (MRW has to pay for reservations which are "no-shows"). There are no observer or speaker-only places at our luncheons.

If you miss the deadline, call Lisa Sheridan, our Luncheon Chair, at (910) 400-5520 to determine whether we can accommodate you.

If you miss the luncheon, you will be charged $35 for the cost of the lunch to reimburse our Club. Please send your check to: MRW, PO Box 3654, Pinehurst, NC 28374.
