PRESIDENT'S
MESSAGE from Lane Bergstrom....
Happy
New Year to all!
Now that the 2012 election year has arrived,
there is much to plan for, and much to do to
make this a successful time for our state and
country. In the coming months, we will be
presenting Republican candidates for your
consideration in the NC Primary, May 8th.
Please make every effort to attend luncheons
this year to keep up with what is happening on
the political stage, because it is important
for us to know what is taking place around the
state. This is a great time to invite and
bring your friends to our luncheons.
Remember that our guests are prospective
members and we want to keep our membership
strong and growing to insure we maintain our
position as the largest Republican women's
club in North Carolina. Please plan to be at
your precinct meeting when scheduled. The
County Convention will be held March 31, and
to be a delegate to that convention you must
attend your precinct meeting and sign up while
there. More information about both conventions
will be available on the web site. Attendance
at these meetings are of interest and great
importance if we are to be a RED
state in 2012!
